Team Lead CAE Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage engineering teams to achieve business targets, while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources for virtual assessments of designs and compare results to performance requirements.
  • Supervise multiple project teams and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage and allocate resources for projects, including schedule preparation, budget estimation, and resource forecasting.
  • Perform FEA analysis, prototype testing, and product design optimization using CAE software.
  • Maintain records of all activities and results in the CAE project database.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers on project-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 03-04 years of experience in CAE software programs and project management.
  • Strong skills in project management concepts, resource allocation, and time estimation.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion and manage concurrent projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Well-versed in Project Management concepts.
  • Advance level skills to handle multiple CAE software's.
  • Ability to lead a project from concept to final completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
