1. Technical Leader: Advocate and pioneer engineering best practices, encompassing coding standards, design guidelines, testing methodologies, and development workflows.
2. Strategic Innovator: Work in tandem with Software Engineers, sketching intricate technical designs, and sculpting a future-proof technical roadmap.
3. Collaborative Catalyst: Join forces with product development squads, echoing the groundbreaking innovations conceived by the platform team.
4. Roadmap Ranger: Engage with Technical Product Owners during discovery, aiding in assessing feasibility, capacity, and risk mapping for technological trajectories.

8. Technical Debt Tactician: Champion the identification, analysis, and management of technical debt within your squad and across YetiTech, strategizing with the Technical Product Owner to prioritise its mitigation.
9. Service Sentinel: Design, implement, and oversee your platform's Service Level Objectives (SLOs), ensuring reliability and performance standards are not just met but exceeded.
10. Cloud Captain: Possess an intimate understanding of Cloud Native application development, steering YetiTech's endeavours in the cloud landscape.
11. Microservice Maestro: Leverage your expertise in microservices and containerization to bolster YetiTech's software ecosystem, ensuring scalability and resilience.
