Bid Strategy Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to develop and implement proposal plans, ensuring timely submission of high-quality bids. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement proposal plans, including outlining and scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely submission of high-quality bids
  • Ensure compliance with RFP criteria, including content, formatting, length, and layout requirements
  • Maintain quality results by adhering to proposal-writing standards, including readability and consistency
  • Write, edit, and compile cohesive proposals, incorporating information from various sources
  • Assist in updating bid spreadsheets and tracking progress
  • Compose all bid content, including executive summaries and cover letters

The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
