Job Title: Consumer Product Promoter

The primary objective of this role is to promote our paint products directly to consumers. This involves creating and executing marketing strategies that connect with customers at a personal level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Sales & Promotions
    • Visit potential customer locations (construction sites, home renovation projects, paint stores) to showcase and sell our paint products.
    • Provide expert guidance to customers on selecting the right products for their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building & Customer Engagement
    • Foster strong relationships with contractors, painters, and retail partners to drive sales and brand loyalty.
    • Offer personalized recommendations and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Support
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to assist customers effectively.
    • Provide guidance on product usage, application techniques, and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management & Coordination
    • Monitor on-site inventory levels, manage stock quantities, and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
    • Coordinate product replenishment to maintain adequate stock levels at customer locations.
  • Market Insights & Reporting
    • Collect customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable information for improving our product offerings and marketing strategies.
    • Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during site visits.
