Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Sales & Promotions:
    • Visit potential customer locations to promote and sell our paint products.
    • Provide on-site guidance to customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs.
  • Relationship Building & Customer Engagement:
    • Foster strong relationships with contractors, painters, and retail partners to drive sales and brand loyalty.
    • Offer personalized recommendations and support to customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge & Customer Support:
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications, to assist customers effectively.
    • Provide guidance on product usage, application techniques, and maintenance.
  • Inventory Management & Coordination:
    • Monitor on-site inventory, manage stock levels, and work with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
    • Coordinate product replenishment to maintain stock levels at customer locations.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
    • Collect customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable information for improving our product offerings and marketing strategies.
    • Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations during site visits.
