We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to generate high-quality lead lists for our IT services company.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior B2B Lead Generator, where you will be responsible for defining and refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and conducting deep market research to identify potential clients across the USA in the IT services domain.
  • You will extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including company name and website, contact person's name and job title, verified business email addresses, LinkedIn profile URLs, company size, industry, and location using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms.
  • Your primary goal is to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies targeting the USA market.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, Skrapp, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRMs or email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of IT services and consultancy target personas.
  • Prior to remote or freelance work experience.
