
Net Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive and embed Net Revenue Management across our commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building commercial capability and owning the end-to-end strategic planning process.
The role requires a deep understanding of pricing strategies, trade spend optimization, and gross margin management. The individual will work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to deliver business growth through effective revenue management.
Key Responsibilities- Set pricing strategies for FMCG and OTC products based on market analysis and competitor landscape.
- Oversee trade spend and investment planning processes to maximize returns.
- Develop and implement budget deployment processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotion strategies that support brand growth.
- Manage customer engagement programs to improve contract execution and document management.

Qualifications and Skills- Specialization in Trade Marketing, Finance, and/or Sales.
