About This Role

We're looking for a skilled Ads Specialist to join our team. As an Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling paid ad campaigns on various platforms.

Your mission will be to identify, target, and engage the right audiences for every client, optimize campaigns daily for maximum ROI, conversions, and lead flow, craft ad copy, collaborate with our creative team, build and manage lead-generation funnels that capture and convert, track KPIs, analyze data, and report performance clearly & confidently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads)
  • Deep understanding of targeting, split-testing, and funnel building
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to read numbers and act fast
  • Experience generating & qualifying high-quality leads
  • Copywriting + creative direction mindset
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
