Sales Growth Executive

This role focuses on driving sales growth and client satisfaction through effective management and development of relationships with key corporate clients.

  • Maximize sales from both existing and new clients to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Deliver presentations and introduce the company's products and services to build and maintain a strong client base.
  • Support the back-end design team in managing front-end sales efforts.
  • Address client queries promptly, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with the costing department to provide accurate quotations and ensure stable gross margins.
  • Liaise with SCM and Warehouse departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct pre-delivery site inspections in coordination with the sites department.
  • Review tenders and prepare bidding documents to advertised opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Business Development department to identify new business opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve service issues, coordinating with the Complaints Department for timely resolution.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management or corporate sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
