About this Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our underwriting team. As Head of Underwriting, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the Underwriting Committee and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in Finance, Accounts, or Business Administration is preferred. Alternatively, candidates with exceptional experience and a proven track record may be considered.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar position within an insurance company, including 5 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Board operational skills and experience overseeing committee activities are essential.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
