Head of Operations Position

A 16-year academic milestone is preferred from a university recognized by HEC, especially with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. Candidates holding higher qualifications are highly regarded. In an exceptional case, a graduate may be considered for their outstanding experience, notable achievements, and successful performance record.

A minimum of ten years of experience in life insurance or family Takaful company operations is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, reinsurance, agency operations, and policyholder services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence within the operations team, ensuring seamless processes and high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field from a HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: At least ten years of experience in life insurance or family Takaful company operations, with expertise in underwriting, claims, reinsurance, agency operations, and policyholder services.
