Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced technical project manager to oversee our ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a background in software development. They will work closely with US clients to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between US-based clients and our software house, using fluent English to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Partner with sales on scoping and discovery calls for custom software projects, drawing on your coding background to produce accurate estimates.
  • Oversee performance reviews for developers and QA specialists, delivering focused feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and share insights that streamline our development lifecycle and toolset.
  • Forge strong relationships with UX/UI, DevOps, QA, and client-side stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field (Master's a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical project management role within a software consultancy or product development team.
  • A proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep Agile expertise and fluency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional English communication skills for client calls, status reports, and documentation.
