About the Role

The Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new team members, guiding them through their onboarding process and contributing to the growth of the organization's knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver training content tailored to entry-level front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Onboarding Support: Provide assistance to multiple classes of new team members from initial onboarding through ramp period
  • Sales Strategy Coaching: Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence during early stages of job experience
  • Learning Enhancement: Conduct exercises and activities enhancing the learning process
Content Creation
  • Enablement Content: Source and/or create Enablement content including:
    • Structured slide decks
    • Internal Product and other 'One Pagers'
    • Videos (voice over and/or webinar-style/screenshare)
    • eLearning experiences
    • Email Templates
    • Talking Points/Scripts
    • Role Plays
    • Facilitator Guides
    • Sales Playbooks (SOPs out of scope)
  • Scheduling: Schedule training sessions
  • Initiative Management: Manage facilitator requests and align with the Onboarding Manager on launching new initiatives
