Agile Team Facilitator

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the team's adoption of Agile principles and scrum practices. This role requires strong facilitation and communication skills, as well as experience in removing impediments and overcoming obstacles.
About the Role:- Facilitate the team's transition to Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members to create a self-organizing and self-empowered team environment.
- Ensure transparency by maintaining accurate and up-to-date Agile artifacts.
- Organize and facilitate effective Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in fostering effective relationships between developers, QAs, product owners, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. You will also be responsible for creating individualized development plans for each team member and helping them achieve their career growth goals.
Requirements:- Strong understanding of Agile principles and scrum practices.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to create a collaborative and empowered team environment.
- Experience in conflict resolution and removing impediments.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to onboard new teammates effectively.
