This is an exceptional opportunity to support the delivery and design of a company-wide onboarding experience, guiding new hires through compelling content on culture, vision, and strategy.

As a key member of the team, you will lead facilitation and content curation, partnering with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate orientation content.

You will continuously analyze data and feedback from new hire surveys and stakeholder interviews to drive programmatic improvements, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Support the selection and optimization of onboarding technologies, leveraging strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate engaging presentations on company culture, vision, and strategy for New Hire Orientation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and elevate orientation content delivered by other departments.
  • Analyze data and feedback from new hire surveys and stakeholder interviews to derive insights, report trends, and drive programmatic improvements.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years progressive experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring, with a passion for developing others.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and command a room.
