Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by executing on business development strategies.
  2. Bid Management: Proactively identify and pursue project opportunities on platforms like Elance, Guru, and Freelancer.
  3. Project Scope Definition: Clearly define the scope of each project to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  4. Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals tailored to each project's unique requirements.
  5. Procurement: Secure new projects through proposal submission and client engagement.
  6. Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular phone and in-person interactions.
  7. Sales Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales forecasts and field activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accent: US or European accent preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with web development principles to effectively propose offers to customers.
  • CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM software to track and analyze sales metrics.
