At the heart of our organization lies a critical role, that of Business Growth Strategist. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills to forge lasting relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails.

A successful candidate will be responsible for responding professionally to incoming emails and telephonic inquiries, documenting daily sales and orders information, and sending it to their Team Leader prior to leaving the office.

The primary objective is to develop strategies for expanding the client portfolio, negotiating prices, and closing sales with new clients. Additionally, they will need to respond to client inquiries outside of regular working hours, leveraging the flexibility to work from home or the office.

This individual must possess strong follow-up skills to ensure no client is left unresponded to, while continuously reviewing their performance to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

As a key member of the team, they will work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to a positive work environment.
