Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to lead the implementation of HubSpot and client communication. This role thrives at the intersection of business strategy, digital systems, and relationship management.

This individual will be responsible for creating strategic HubSpot implementation plans based on client goals and objectives. They will participate in sales calls as a solution engineer to demonstrate HubSpot capabilities and map tailored solutions for prospects.

The Client Onboarding Specialist will serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution. They will manage cross-functional collaboration and assign tasks in Teamwork (project management system).

This role involves holding recurring progress meetings with clients to review performance, field questions, and discuss strategic direction.

Requirements:
  • A strong working knowledge of HubSpot is required (Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub experience preferred).
  • Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles is essential.
  • The ability to translate marketing and business objectives into structured project plans is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
A Typical Day:

The day starts by reviewing current project statuses, client feedback, and task assignments in Teamwork. Then, participating in sales calls to support demos or help map solutions. Throughout the day, checking in with clients, monitoring project timelines, documenting strategy updates, and analyzing HubSpot data to drive performance reviews.
