Compliance Testing Project Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled project leader to oversee high-volume compliance testing projects. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional who can effectively manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects to successful completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing strategies to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Monitor and track project progress using project management tools, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Jira).
