Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee all aspects of our organization's financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll management
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and board-level presentations
  • Develop robust financial controls, policies, and procedures for compliance and accuracy
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics
  • Develop sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives and investments
  • Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit
  • Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger
  • Lead ERP system optimization and financial system implementations
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and reporting requirements
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth and development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams
Requirements:
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • Master's degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
Experience:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • At least 3-5 years in a senior financial management role
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory-based businesses preferred
  • Public accounting experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, SAP)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools
Core Competencies:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of US accounting principles
  • Proven track record of successful month-end and year-end close processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
