Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Network Infrastructure Specialist to design, implement, and maintain our company's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networks, firewalls, routers, switches, and controllers, as well as network security and monitoring.

This position requires a strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and BGP, as well as experience with network security technologies like firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing network architecture to meet business requirements
  • Maintaining network performance, uptime, and availability
  • Ensuring network security through the implementation and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Implementing and maintaining network monitoring tools to ensure uptime and availability

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network engineering, design, and implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications
