Leadership Role in Finance Operations

Manage finance operations across various markets in the Middle East and Africa region, overseeing end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Close and Control teams, focusing on strategic markets including Saudi, Pakistan, Turkey, and Egypt.
  2. Collaborate with market finance directors to deliver a robust finance operations framework and value-added projects.
  3. Drive performance and delivery at in-country operational teams, ensuring high governance and regulatory standards are met.
  4. Monitor day-to-day finance services, designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  5. Proactively address customer issues, escalating through governance channels as needed.
  6. Lead transformation and standardization projects, driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive sustainable change.
  8. Ensure effective controls and regulatory compliance, leading global audit and assurance initiatives where required.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or relevant field.
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in finance roles, including managing people and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in control-driven environments and managing finance service teams.
  • Preferred qualifications include MBA, CIMA, ACA, or ACCA certifications, as well as previous experience in P2P, account payable, R2R, general accounting, and accounts receivable.
