Job Overview

The Accounts Director will oversee the finance team, managing the complete accounting cycle across retail and production operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and lead the accounts department.
  • Manage full accounting cycle including receivables, payables, payroll, taxation, and reconciliations.
  • Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements
  • CA Inter / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in retail and production industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
