Job Title: Compliance Director

The role of a Compliance Director is to drive regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering programs within an organization. This involves providing ongoing support on all compliance and anti-money laundering matters, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective regulatory compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance and anti-money laundering matters, ensuring clients meet their regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • At least 8 years' experience in the industry with 6 or more years of direct compliance and/or risk management experience within the financial services sector.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree from a leading university, preferably in law, finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as CAMS, CISI, or ICA are highly desired.
