Job Title: Office Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless and efficient communication with employees and clients. This role requires a highly organized individual who can effectively prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary;
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Maintain and update company databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
  • Answer queries by employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Update office policies as needed to reflect changes in the organization or industry;
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments efficiently;
  • Book meeting rooms as required to facilitate effective communication;
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, packages) in a timely manner;
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by management;
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for business purposes when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role;
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and additional qualifications related to office administration.
