Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle general administration, including document management and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies and procurement activities.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
