You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth as our Sales Territory Manager. Your responsibility will be to oversee distributors and trade operations within your designated territory, ensuring seamless distribution processes and meeting sales targets.   5. Optimize routes for DSRs using eRTM efficiently.
  6. Support digital transformation strategy for your territory.
  7. Demonstrate financial acumen, focusing on business profitability/gross margin.
  8. Lead and develop an extended team, building talent.
  9. Ensure accountability for upholding business KPIs.
  10. Analyze post-execution processes with strong analytical skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  4. Active market presence and feet-on-the-street experience.
  5. Ability to strategize and execute effectively.
