
Regional Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in the region. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding secondary SKU-wise volume targets to enhance market share.
About the Role:
This is a key role within the organization, requiring someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will rationalize discounts and utilize promotions effectively to achieve company net sales revenue. Additionally, you will create new outlets and retain existing ones as per target and area potential to increase numeric and weighted distribution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed secondary SKU-wise volume targets to enhance market share
- Rationalize discounts and utilize promotions effectively to achieve company net sales revenue
- Create new outlets and retain existing ones as per target and area potential to increase numeric and weighted distribution
- Expand SKU penetration based on benchmark availability numbers
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of sales information systems pertaining to the assigned area
- Analyze Field Sales Executive KPIs and adjust the sales route or frequency to improve performance metrics
- Accomplish daily planned calls and coach pre-sellers on effective sales techniques
