Job Description:

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design a cross-platform, video-forward app. You'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end product design process—from user workflows to responsive Figma designs—working closely with developers and content strategists to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of a mobile-first, responsive experience optimized for both iOS/Android and web
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define user flows, screen states, and interaction patterns
  • Deliver high-fidelity Figma designs and maintain a scalable design system
  • Balance performance and UX: design for video-heavy content, real-time interactivity, and lightweight loading
  • Create intuitive and delightful recording flows for both mobile and web
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cross-platform layouts (thumb-friendly mobile UIs, adaptive web navigation)
  • Scroll + content behavior (vertical momentum on mobile, hybrid scroll on desktop)
  • Responsive breakpoints and adaptive components (video cards, feed layouts)
  • Strong Figma skills (Auto Layout 3.0, design tokens, prototyping, variants)
  • Understanding of Flutter layout constraints (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with product teams to define user journeys and refine flows
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Amplitude) and A/B testing strategies
  • Portfolio examples of video-first or media-rich experiences
  • Awareness of modern UX trends (TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, scroll-driven motion)
  • Experience designing for hybrid apps (mobile and web)
  • Accessibility and inclusive design knowledge
  • Comfortable iterating quickly with feedback and shifting priorities
