Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to create, maintain, and optimize in-app guidance content. This position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing user experiences and driving digital transformation through technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, editing, and optimizing digital adoption elements including walkthroughs, onboarding task lists, in-app announcements, and contextual tooltips. The individual must have excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, edit, and optimize digital adoption elements.
  • Draft content scripts or storyboards with clear instructional text tailored to user roles and tasks.
  • Follow internal style guides, accessibility best practices, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Support intake, prioritization, and planning of new content requests based on user needs, feedback, or product changes.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to validate process accuracy and ensure content reflects up-to-date system workflows.
  • Perform regular audits and maintenance of live content to ensure ongoing relevance and performance.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science or Data Analytics).
  • 0-1 years of experience in Digital Adoption or a similar role.
  • Experience with digital tools for user support and enablement.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (EHR, CRM, or ERP systems preferred).
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving user experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable enhancements.
