Grow Our Business as a Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

This role is crucial in expanding our international client base by generating qualified leads, establishing contact with potential clients, and scheduling discovery calls with decision-makers in target markets including the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential client companies within target industries and regions to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Use various communication channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate outbound outreach and connect with prospects.
  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and provide professional communication to build trust with potential clients.
  • Qualify prospects based on their fit with our business and schedule high-quality meetings for our senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead data in our CRM system to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting targets while consistently delivering quality results.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or a similar B2B service industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working across international markets and time zones is a plus.
