Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioural assessments and developing tailored intervention plans to support individuals in achieving independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough behavioural assessments to identify individual needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour intervention plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Utilize ABA techniques to promote positive behaviour change and enhance the overall learning environment.
  • Monitor progress, documenting observations and adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent and effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Provide training and guidance to parents and staff on best practices in behavioural techniques.
  • Establish and maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Behaviour Therapist or in a related therapeutic role.
  • Strong foundation in behaviour intervention strategies and child psychology.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
