As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts by identifying, qualifying, and generating potential leads through various channels. This includes conducting research to identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft lead generation strategies that drive business growth by leveraging your skills in cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other effective tactics.
  • Maintain and update a database of potential clients and track interactions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and achieve set targets.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects who demonstrate potential for conversion.
  • Nurture relationships with potential customers to guide them through the sales funnel and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes, highlighting areas for improvement and successful initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing to stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • You should have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to drive results.
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You must be proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Prior experience with email marketing, cold calling, and social media outreach will be highly valued.
  • You should be able to work independently and meet targets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset will help you navigate complex situations and find innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
