Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms for our services.
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign structure to maximize lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics to optimize conversion rates and reduce cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Manage bid strategies and budgets to ensure campaigns remain within target KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in PPC and SEM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / SEM campaign management, with a strong focus on B2B services.
  • Prior experience in marketing Accounting or Bookkeeping services to the US market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and report to senior management.
