Job Overview

We seek an experienced Business Process Analyst with Odoo expertise to deliver effective ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations and how they can be aligned with Odoo functionalities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements.
  • Odoo Configuration: Customize and configure Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR) to meet client expectations.
  • Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring timely completion and optimal results.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer support post-implementation to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough system testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements and perform as expected.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during and after implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 03+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP, including hands-on experience with various Odoo modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
