Job Title: Public Sector Delivery Specialist

As a Public Sector Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with senior government officials to support the delivery of high-impact projects and programs. Your expertise in project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis will enable you to drive results-oriented solutions that benefit millions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, and action plans.
  • Monitor project progress, establishing regular routines and accountability mechanisms to ensure timely completion.
  • Support problem-solving, learning, and continuous improvement within projects.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making, develop visualizations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Build delivery capacity of national and subnational government leaders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience working in top consulting firms, governments, or international organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles in public sector contexts.
  • Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results.
