Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Delivery Manager. This key role will involve collaborating with senior government officials to enhance the delivery of public services, leveraging expertise in data-driven problem-solving and analytical thinking.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing delivery plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, public policy)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the public sector or non-profit industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, manage, and analyze complex data sets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu, with business-level proficiency in both languages
