- Cost-Benefit Analysis: Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Customer Relationships: Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Presentation and Promotion: Presenting, promoting, and selling products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Territory and Market Analysis: Analyzing the territory/market's potential, tracking sales, and status reports.
- Market Intelligence: Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Professional Development: Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improving through feedback.
