Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and management, with experience in spearheading complete finance and accounting functions.

  • Monitor daily financial operations, including cash expenses, payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Experience in handling financial closure of books, budgets, income tax, service tax, excise & taxation, Companies Act, etc.
  • Get assessments completed under various Acts, get statutory and internal audits done.
  • Strategic financial control, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage tax compliance for withholding, income, and sales tax.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  2. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports as necessary.
  3. Making and closing of accounts as per Pakistan law.
  4. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
  5. Presentation of financial reports to the CEO.
  6. Client billing and invoices, manage client accounts.
