Job Summary:

A seasoned professional will oversee multiple complex projects, fostering collaboration and driving strategic solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage concurrent technology programs or portfolios with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  2. Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and maintain detailed records.
  3. Develop exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, providing timely updates and influencing outcomes.
  4. Work independently to define, plan, and execute technical projects, leveraging analytical skills to make informed decisions and drive project success.
  5. Motivate cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exhibit influential leadership skills to drive large-scale technical delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  7. Apply experience using planning and task management tools (Gantt, Jira) and common project management practices to support delivery objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead program delivery to support long-term business goals that are complex and integrated.
  2. Establish clear scope definition across all areas of the program, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation.
  3. Design and develop complex roadmaps and delivery plans in a dynamic environment that is constantly adapting to changing needs.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic thought leadership while effectively driving program delivery, producing program reporting for executive stakeholders.
  5. Capture, resolve, and escalate risks & impediments to ensure program delivery continues effectively and unencumbered.
  6. Support senior-level executives and create presentation materials to communicate program status and information.
  7. Run agile ceremonies and ensure a healthy team backlog and process.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in product or program management with end-to-end product and/or service delivery.
  2. 3+ years of experience overseeing roadmap strategy, definition, improvement, and measurement.
