Sales Performance Specialist

This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Presentation and Sales: Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Sales Effort Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Territory/Market Analysis: Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports.
  • Customer Insights: Supply management with insights on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven work experience as a sales professional or relevant role.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • CRM Software Familiarity: Hands-on experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Marketing and Negotiation Skills: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
