Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Sales Trainer/Lead with at least 5 years of experience in sales coaching.
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, developing individual coaching plans and providing resources and assistance.
- Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Collaborates with other sales trainers and sales managers to achieve team goals.
- Develops training plans that meet financial objectives and drive business growth.
- Hires and onboards new sales trainees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintains up-to-date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Enhances organization reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Complies with company policies, standards, and procedures in the performance of job duties.
- Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- At least 4 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or in a similar position.
- Ability to measure performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience with building and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding coaching skills to help individuals reach their full potential.
- Background in Computer Sciences or a related field is an asset.
- High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex political environments effectively.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a plus.
