Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct outbound calls to provide information about our services to potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand service capabilities and effectively communicate with clients.
  • Prepare reports on client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance services.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
