Retail Banking Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of deposit accounts, ensuring growth and profitability. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

1. Meet or exceed portfolio growth targets through effective sales strategies.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
3. Develop and implement plans to minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio.
4. Work closely with branch staff to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
5. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
6. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
7. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, or finance.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations within retail/consumer banking.
3. Good understanding of deposit products and their workability.
4. Possess knowledge about CASA and bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
