Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Sales and Relationship Executive to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving deposit account growth, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet portfolio growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
  3. Develop and implement plans to minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio.
  4. Collaborate with branch staff to deliver seamless customer service.
  5. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  6. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
  7. Address customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/consumer banking.
  3. Strong understanding of deposit products and their functionality.
  4. Familiarity with CASA and bilinear principles to drive CASA growth.
