Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Deposit Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing and fostering relationships with clients regarding their deposit accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet portfolio growth targets.
  2. Achieve overall assigned portfolio targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  3. Build a deposit mobilization team of 25 headcounts to support retail deposit marketing.
  4. Maintain an optimal portfolio mix between Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
  5. Achieve fairly priced deposits to support retail deposit growth.
  6. Nurture good relationships with key potential clients.
  7. Minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio through deposit mobilization.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service in coordination with branch staff.
  9. Analyze client financial needs and provide need-based solutions.
  10. Monitor competitors to proactively satisfy and retain MMBL clients.
  11. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
