We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead our in-house infrastructure development and provide remote support to clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in networking, VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix, as well as excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop in-house IT systems.
  2. Offer expert technical assistance to clients remotely.
  3. Conduct regular health checks and intrusion detection.
  4. Train staff members.
  5. Assist in the procurement of software and hardware for our company and its clients.
  6. Promote proactive approaches to add value to our organization.
  7. Perform other tasks as required by the management.
Requirements
  1. Expertise in network configuration and administration.
  2. Proficiency in VOIP, Asterisk, and Elastix technologies.
  3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms, including Windows Server 2003, 2008 (all editions), and Exchange Servers.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  6. Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  7. Flexibility and ability to multitask under pressure.
  8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date in the field.
