Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist/Administrator
who will be responsible for managing our IT systems, ensuring security compliance, and enforcing policies across devices and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, and security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage
    Microsoft 365
    environment including users, licenses, and services.
  • Implement and manage
    Microsoft Intune
    for endpoint configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Configure and monitor
    Defender for Endpoint
    to ensure device and network security.
  • Develop, enforce, and monitor
    IT security policies
    across all systems, devices, and users.
  • Collaborate with management to align IT security policies with
    SOC 2
    and
    ISO
    standards.
  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability checks.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to staff on IT security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Microsoft 365 administration
    (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Intune
    (device enrollment, compliance policies, app management).
  • Expertise in
    Defender for Endpoint
    (security configuration, monitoring, and threat response).
  • Hands-on experience in
    policy enforcement
    across devices and networks.
  • Understanding of
    SOC 2
    and
    ISO
    frameworks with ability to support compliance initiatives.
  • Solid grasp of networking, firewalls, and endpoint security practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Security+, ISO, etc.) will be a plus.
