Data Scientist for Travel Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative data-driven solutions for the travel industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, as well as expertise in Power BI and data visualization. They will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing predictive models to inform business decisions.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and transform large and complex data sets from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Machine Learning: Develop and train predictive models using historical data to identify trends and patterns, and make predictions about future events.
  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI tools and techniques.

Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions; collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualization tools and reports.

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in data science, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization tools; strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data modeling concepts.

Technical Skills: Proven 4+ years of experience in Power BI development, strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data modeling concepts, ability to write DAX queries and proficiency with SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
