Reservoir Simulation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Reservoir Simulation Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining reservoir simulation models, conducting fluid characterization and special core analysis interpretation, and optimizing field development plans.

  • Build and maintain reservoir simulation models using static models, incorporating fluid characterization and special core analysis interpretation.
  • Conduct history matching of the model with available historical field data.
  • Optimize field development plans using reservoir simulation models, taking into account different recovery schemes and estimating reserves.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of petroleum engineering software, including well test analysis, material balance, DCA, production logging, nodal analysis, and economic analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, with at least 15 years of working experience. Overseas working experience is highly preferred.
